At Doxa Deli, we care deeply about your experience. Because our meals are freshly prepared and our digital guides are delivered instantly, refund requests are handled with special consideration to ensure fairness and food safety for every customer.

You may be eligible for a refund if you have made a duplicate payment, your payment was successful but your order was not received, your order was cancelled before preparation started, you received an incorrect order, delivery failed due to our error, or you reported a major quality concern within 24 hours. Eligibility & Exclusions

Refunds are not available for meals already prepared or delivered, partially eaten food, change of mind after confirmation, delays due to incorrect customer details, downloaded digital products, or subscription services already used. Review non-refundable items

What Is and Isn't Refundable


To ensure a smooth process, all complaints, missing items, or quality concerns must be reported within 24 hours of delivery through our official support channels. This helps us resolve issues quickly and maintain high standards.

1. Eligible Refunds

Refunds may be approved under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate or accidental payments
  • Successful payment with no order received 
  • Incorrect order delivered by Doxa Deli
  • Delivery failure caused directly by Doxa Deli
  • Major quality concerns reported within the required timeframe

2. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Meals that have already been prepared or delivered
  • Partially consumed food items
  • Change of mind after order confirmation
  • Delays caused by incorrect customer information
  • Downloaded digital meal plans, guides, or nutrition products
  • Subscription periods or meal services already utilized


How We Handle Refunds

Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement meal, redelivery, store credit, a partial refund, or a full refund. Our team will assess your case and recommend the best solution for you.



Processing Timeline & Conditions

If your refund is approved, we will process it within 7–14 business days. The exact time may vary based on your payment provider, bank, and payment method. We appreciate your patience during this process.
